If you purchase physical merchandise (such as apparel, patches, or branded goods):

• Returns & Exchanges:
  Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Process:
  To initiate a return, please contact us via email at romastellarum@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

• Refunds:
  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item)​

2. Digital Goods

Digital products (such as artwork, downloads, or exclusive membership content) are non-refundable once delivered, due to their intangible nature.
However, if you experience an issue accessing a purchased digital product, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Voluntary contributions, donations, or membership support payments made to Roma Stellarum are non-refundable.
These funds go directly toward supporting our community operations, digital infrastructure, and creative development.​

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Photos of the damaged item may be required to process your claim.
